Position:     Sales Assistant Intern

Location:      Shanghai

Reports To: Stephane deMontgros, Operation Manager

Responsibilities

1. Pitches presentation
Shall assist the Key Accounts Managers developing the new pitches’ presentations by internally managing the inputs of the various departments involved (creativity & design, entertainment, budget, etc…) and putting together the final presentations in order to win the bids.

2. Marketing
Shall be in charge of creating some marketing materials to promote the agency.

3. Shall represent the company at various business meetings.

Qualifications

1. Native English speaker with some Chinese background is required.
2. Strong interest for fashion, lifestyle and new trends is required.
3. Sales & marketing degree is preferred.
4. Experience at international Event/PR/Adv firm is preferred.
5. Strong presentation creation skills (ppt/pdf, design software,…) preferred.
6. Good summarizing capacity.
7. Fluent English required (spoken and written).
Good level of Chinese (spoken and written) preferred.
Notions in a third language preferred.

Shall be in charge of maintaining existing sales relationships, and developing new ones, in order to have the agency enter as many quality pitches as possible.
