Recognising the new and visionary talent of the food industry

San Pellegrino sets out to shine a light on the rising stars of the food industry, with the return of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition. The initiative aims to support the best young cooks, by giving them the opportunity to develop and demonstrate their skills over the course of eighteen months. This year is set to be the biggest challenge yet, as thousands of budding chefs will compete to chop, steam and drizzle their way to the final.

Further to this, the 36th ‘Michelin Main Cities of Europe’ guide was recently revealed and the French company announced the launch of the ‘Michelin Young Chef Award’, which is aptly supported by San Pellegrino. These celebrations of new and visionary talents will give those shortlisted a chance to raise their profile around the world. We are always on the lookout for fresh culinary artists, who enjoy introducing new sensations, cultures and tastes to wow clients at our events. We wonder who will be crowned the next winner!
